ABG compiled, developed, and maintained MBE compliance monitoring reports and reviewed and confirmed W/MBE certification documents. ABG exceeded the projected DBE project goal by 20 percent. |

BECKABG was engaged to provide DBE outreach services. Services included assisting in certification and support services, identification matching, monitoring of second tier DBE opportunities and providing assistance with bonding and insurance for DBEs as needed. ABG also provided project administration and conflict resolution services under this contract. ABG served as the contractors DBE liaison to the Aviation Authority. |

TAMPA - HILLSBOROUGH CO. EXPRESSWAY AUTHORITYReversible Elevated Lanes - Lee Roy Selmon Crosstown Expressway ABG was contracted to provide SBE consultant services and implement the Small Business Enterprise program. Services included monitoring SBE utilization on fifteen individual projects, conducting outreach and matching of SBE firms with prime contractors, and developing and maintaining a web-based database of potential bidders, and vendors. ABG assisted in dispute resolution and developed and presented annual reports for the Expressway Authority Board. ABG coordinated all informational meetings between subcontractors and prime contractors and met with Expressway Authority project managers on a weekly basis. |

OFFICE OF URBAN OPPORTUNITY - FRONT PORCHDepartment of Community Affairs ABG was contracted as project administrator for the Front Porch Microloan Program. The project included managing and coordinating the award of microloan funds to private non-profit organizations throughout the State of Florida. ABG also provided training and technical assistance to enhance the Microloan Program. |

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLSProject ABG was engaged to provide outreach and advocacy services to SBEs who were interested in the Hillsborough County School District’s $200 million New Construction and Maintenance programs. Services included working with construction managers and architects to ensure participation of SBEs on projects. ABG was also responsible for communicating the HCSD Encouragement Plan to interested MBE/DBE firms, providing bid notices and information on upcoming projects to potential vendors, and providing conflict resolution services as needed between the Construction Manager and SBEs. |
